Service vintage seiko in Singapore

Hi, I have a seiko monaco 7016 5011.
The sub second hand is detached.
Called Mr Goh from K2 before, but he said he do not service 7016.
Anyway can i get this watch service in Singapore?

Can't advise you. Watch in the drawer, still looking for someone to repair.
That the problem having vintage.

I have a vintage 6139-7010 that got mutilated during service. I want to get new hands, re-lume the dial and fix original domed hardlex or a domed sapphire for it. Where should I take it?
