So the only way to authenticate a 2nd hand PAM is to go to ** horology for authentication? other than ** horology any other recommendation?

Just wondering, has anyone have experience purchasing a BNIB panerai from members selling these in this forum?
Price is definitely better then local AD but is marginally higher then Europe.
Trying to understand the experience before making an informed decision.

Richemont has ceased to provide authentication service years back. The information is available in the forum.

I send it to Richmont after a week to check if my watch needs to be regulated.
They checked my watch for an hour and told me its running perfectly. They even printed out the data with the results.
double confirmed!!
How much did the "checkup" at Richemont cost?

No, I'm saying ION does provide authentication services for a fee but it appears to make more sense to have the watch authenticated and serviced at the same time since its cheaper. However, if you can work out an arrangement with the seller, I don't see why not.
