Nice. At the price point I think it worth the $. Under 10k for an in house 8 days movement
Just another small small small small watch user ....

Great write-up on PAM 510. I felt the strap that comes with the watch is great. It was the best strap amongst my 10 odd straps, until Wotan's 74 came along. But given my limited couple of months experience on PAM, maybe the other OEM straps are better.

      Love reading your reviews.

          Great review!

It's indeed a very nice watch.

I find it a too expensive thought at nearly 10K.
Audemars Piguet Ball Bell&Ross Cartier IWC Longines Omega Panerai Rolex Sinn Tissot

          Alba Casio Citizen Roox Seiko

Yes, I agree, In fact I try to limit my purchases to under 10k. and with an rrp $500 shy of 10K is indeed rather pricy. however, i was drawn by the 8-day power reserve and the in-hose movement.

Thx. I have a black bay so, the first thing I did was compare the two straps. the tudor's look better than the 510's. the 510's straps though vintaged but looks rough and feels lacking in quality. Iv'e seen better original PAM straps.

Very interesting blog. I like how you position yourself as an average joe, though looking at your plethora of watches, you're anything but! If i may suggest, mainly coz i would like it, would it be possible to put in the ball park figure of the prices of the watches you've reviewed? I know this is a bugbear for some, but to me, the average joe, i'd like to know if the watch being featured is something i can afford or just another patek pipe dream.

                Cheers!

I contemplated doing so initially but decided against it. I honestly do not know or remember the price for some of these piece. And am too lazy to dig up the receipts. Omfr, if there are interested partie, they will pose the question about price. I will reply or direct. Them accordingly.

Very nice write up. I like the photos too. It is interesting to note your observation on the case thickness vis-a-vis other PAMS.

                    Great job

Nice write up as usual, it was a pleasure to read.

Can't say the same for the watch though, unfortunately.
