  • Servicing PAM562

So i just bought this Pam 562 in very mint condition
but upon wearing it for a week or so, i noticed that the watch is running a bit too fast
i can't measure how fast exactly as the watch has no second hands, but roughly its about 1-2 minutes per 2 days
    is this normal ?
or should i send it for warranty ?
the movement is in house P.5000 8-days movement
(and yes i did try to fully wind the watch every morning)
it's a Q series purchased on the late 2014 according to the warranty card.
the warranty card s from an AD in Swiss,
but i live in Indonesia and the nearest service centre would be Richemont Singapore
do they honour international warranty ?
and i heard lots of bad stuff regarding Richemont service centre in Singapore
do anyone here has any experiences ?
and normally how long do they need to service that kind of problem ?
thank you so much and sorry for the trouble.

sorry to post it here cause i cant seem to post in panerai thread.
please advice as i will be in Singapore in few weeks time.
    thank you

Hi, I have moved your post to this thread in the Panerai folder.

I'm not sure if this in-house movement is COSC specs but I think it is not normal, especially for a watch this new. No harm you pay a visit to Richemont to sort this out. And yes, you have said it is international warranty, so Richemont will undertake any services required on the watch as long as the watch is genuine.

I'm not sure about "bad stuff" with Richemont S'pore but I don't think there's any real harm to just let them check your watch. I don't think your watch problem is anything serious. Not sure how long you may need to wait. It will depend on the queue then.

Keep us updated if you can.

    Tx
