you can only do it with 1 : 1 exchange, meaning Richemont will need you to bring in your watch with the existing crown guard and replace it with a new one but the old one will be retained by Richemont.

At this point in time I think this is impossible. I remember years back watchmakers were allowed to purchase parts. However in recent years they have stopped this in the US. Only the service centers canget these parts.
