    that's not too ex..I have a somewhat similar query, want to change daytona dial to white mop w/ diamonds...

    Anyone here knows how much does it cost for a datejust dial change in rolex ctr?saw a blue computer dial with roman markings datejust look very nice..wonder how much it cost for the computer dial..

    Nope you cannot keep it. They will take it as trade in...probably give you abit of money off..but not much though. So that you cannot sell outside.
