  • Leather straps for Rolex

    Dear all, 新年快樂! 恭喜發財!
Please recommend any local shop with wide variety to change my Rolex bracelet to leather strap? Thanks!

    Happy Lunar New Year

This has been many people's 'wishes' actually . There isn't really any local shop that provides a wide variety of such straps, unfortunately. But few that you can try are some watch shops at the Bencoolen area (building opposite OG), one/two shops at Sunshine Plaza (Prinsep St). Gnomon Watches at Shaw Centre (Beach Rd) also carry some nice straps that may suit ROLEX watches. Other alternatives will be to run through the forum's sales garage sections and/or contact those local watch strap makers. Some are advertising in this forum too.

I have no affiliation or relationship whatsoever with the above mentioned.

which model are you looking to change the bracelet to strap?
The time in life is perpertually moving forward while that in the watch is going in circles.

check out my thread on crocodile straps under "lobangs"

i like straps on my Rolexes. all my Rolexes are on straps.

your 1603 will look very good with a cognac croco skin strap with gold buckle.
the strap that you are looking for is tezu lizard skin.
thats quite easy to buy even locally
around $40 to $60 should be sufficient

          cheers
order online or you have a shop? provide installation too?

I think they have serious problem with their QC. It's a pity there are so many of us here and offline (ROLEX owners/lovers) but no one is "caring" enough to 'bang table'. Or at least, approach the media or publicize their "slippery service" in some ways. May be they are not that bad after all?
