Yes you can ask, but no guarantee the watch owner will accede. But most will/should.

before i collect a watch from them.

i ask questions..like is it original,bezel,dial,bracelet or any modifications done on the watch.
i know all are silly questions..what the heck, i pay $75 for it and i
must ensure i get all my answers.."Never ask never know".

Yes. Probably certain brands of watches. I know they do ROLEX and Panerai. Not sure about others.

Sent my watch to RSC for verification today. Was surprised all they provide is a tax invoice that only states "service charge.... $100". IMO they should at least state "watch verified authentic" or something like that.

from what i aware they don't put that sort of wordings down. a legal liability if u think abt it.

i think it will just show model number and serial number, that's all.

so best to authenticate when buyer and seller are present to avoid misunderstanding.
