What will you do if someone asks if your Rolex is a fake?

I met a real estate agent who's client wanted to buy my house two years ago. I saw him wearing a Patek Philiipe. While we were having coffee, I said you have a nice watch. He roll up his sleeve instead after hearing what I said. I don't understand. Is he wearing a fake stuff or what?

I think he is guilty.

Anyway,if anybody ask me that question, I alway tell them my Rolex is real. I will tell them the only thing that I will spend lavishly is watches.

I share the same view too! Truly, it depends on who wears the Rolex and how (positively or negatively) is he seen by the observer.
Genuine Rolex + Impressive Wearer + Negatively Biased Observer = Fake Rolex.
Fake Rolex + Impressive Wearer + Positively Biased Ovserver = Genuine Rolex.

Seriously, i dont care. At the end of the day, i wear my watch cos i love them and i love the brands' heritage, history etc...
I dont wear my watch to show off or flaunt. I wear it cos i like it.
If the person knows, they know. If they dont know and asked, im never obliged to answer since not all qns merit a reply anyway.
We all know some ask for asking sake, not sincere in seeking the truth. So y would i bother.
