Hi,
Price of rolex is going up so fast and fury nowadays that I am getting lost.
Like to have some advise here. Any clue about the latest retail for lady date-just (179173)? or is there a site or somewhere that we can have reference to the latest pricing?

The UK (which is in Europe) just had an increase a few weeks ago. Your Europe contact does not have accurate information at all!

My Europe contact just told me that there is no increase in Europe yet. Wonder why?

Wow, that is outrageous that a walk in customer will be so close to list price. I would think that with the economy the way it is, they wouldn't be so quick to raise their prices. They're making it very unattainable. I guess that's the point sometimes.

I went down my AD to remove a click last Sunday and the sales person whom sold me the GMT2 TT told me that the price has went up by 7% and the discount is 10%, some other brands also increase price too.
I got mine at list price $14,895 less 15%,so I paid $12,660 nett and was told that I will save approx $1,500.00.

The multiple increase in rolex is due to the sudden demand for rolex in china. since there is increase demand, and rolex cannot increase supply as all done in house, naturally price goes up. I forsee it would be like this for the next few years cos' the chinese demand is increasing unless there is a recession in china. Previously, the chinese are taking only to designer brand like lv, bvlgari, etc. nobody know how come they went upmarket

that's like 2.5% discount.
Afew months ago, Rolex AD was giving 15% discount and was reduced to 10%. The 7% change is on the Retailing price. which means that Retail price +7% -10% discount.
giving your roughly a 2-3% discount, aint the price you paid for the GMT TT already included the price increase?
might be wrong with the calculation

nice watch Lexong. Did you paid the full price 14896 for it? or did you receive any discount given by the AD?
