Yes, it's not allow in RSC. I didn't know until the recent deal I had. They told me to deal it outside if I want to, but not inside RSC. Well, if you want to cut it short, open the door of RSC, walk outside and deal it. But I would prefer going to fast food restaurant or maybe coffee bean to deal as well as a few chat with the buyer/seller.Comment
