How Often do you wear your rolex

Is it advisable to place yr watch in a pouch in your trousers pocket?
Will the movement of legs walking be too much for the movement?
In case anyone is wondering, the purpose is to keep 2 watches wounded at the same time.

Why not get a watch winder or just rotate the two watches everyday?
