I've seen the Explorer I ranging from S$4.0 - $4.8, with various degrees of quality (ie mint - good) combined with various series.

Well for preowned I have to agree with you,the prices have a wide range depends on where you go and wad u want.

I agree...if the watch is not that old,say 10+ years old should be 18238. Damn I was looking for a YG DD...but dun think I would get it soon unless it's a good price

found a shop at LP (dun think crooked ah..) selling brand new for the following items at interesting prices
Sub date SS 16610 M-Series @ $9700 (not too bad considering the bigger boys are KEEPING the price at List due to high demand..)
Sub date 16613 M-Series @ $10,000
Both stocks available.. esp 16610. Abv price are from my recce work on Hari Raya...
