VAT refund for Rolex in Indonesia

Hi all, does anyone has experience buying Rolex in Indonesia, specifically Jakarta? I just enquired with an AD there and he mentioned currently it is impossible to claim VAT refund after buying Rolex. So just wondering if this is true.

Yup ..not VAT refund in Indonesia ... expensive place to buy a rolex
