As someone has pointed out earlier, there are some reputable dealers for high-end pre-owned watches in Malaysia listed here:

The forum also has a page for recommendations/comments by those who had dealt with these dealers. As most of these dealers are in long-term business through the internet, their reputation is very important to them, to build more businesses.Comment

I recently went to a shoot in JB, and I was staying at The Grand Paragon, the shop is on the Ground Floor beside the mama shop.
They sell secondhand Rolexs and I also saw Panerai in the window. All looks legit, but I'm not sure on price as I didn't go in.Comment
