    true, i like both the SD and GMT IIC, lesser for GMT IIC becos of the number on bezel..kind of big.. Well may be it's all abt what u said, own liking...

    That's why...we cannot predict the price or if it will go up or not..for you also..later wrong how?

    It's the risk u take...but better to by the watch because u like it instead of for "investment"

    probably it's just too high to buy now.. if the price don't go up... when discontinue.. then the $2K is a big sum to spend on enjoyment...

    depending on your relationship with your AD, you may be lucky if you can get up about 5%. as this is a discontinued model, most of them selling @ list or above list price already.

    if you are serious in getting one, grab now, next month onwards, likely no more new stock coming in already.
