    Ok then let me rephrase.

U walk into a watch shop with intention to buy ONLY a ROLEX watch that is DEFINITELY going to be discontinued. U asked te dealer n he confidently said te SEADWELLER, n tat he/she has 1pc. U stressed tat u'd buy ONLY if it has stopped production (so price doesn't matter in this scenario), or u wld not buy AT ALL. Nw, again dealer GUARANTEEs u 100% sure production has stopped n claimed tis to be an official ROLEX announcement.

    So u buy, right?

Te next thing u knw, te SEADWELLER continues to b produced, n yrs aftr yrs aftr yrs aftr yrs.........

Will u feel cheated? Te qns nw is: IS tis a crime? Is thre restitution??

    Got it friend?

People here, plse DO NOT get so uptight ovr tis . If u've bought one, cherish it and enjoy it. If nt, go get one if continuation/discontinuation of tis watch is nt an issue to u. My main concern however, is tis:

If my intention to buy a SD NOW is because it is discontinued and confirmed by my ROLEX AD, then when it is not, will tis amt to 'cheating'? Similar to how one wants to purchase a pre-own car. Tat is, te MAIN reason u'd buy tat car is because it is of low mileage, then subsequently, it is not due to someone meddling wif the mileage meter, then it is cheating ?!

    Let's share

Or the model no is a typo...

With Rolex, could be anything until you see it in the flesh and its confirmed..

    Till now its anyones guess...
