  • Recommendations for a Black Dial with Gold (or Silver) Markings Rolex

    Dear Rolex Siaos,

I would like some recommendations & advice on a black dial, with Gold or Silver markings, Rolex.

I like the clean and simple look of the 6694, 15000 or 15200 models. I don't really fancy the "outer-minute-ring" on the dial of the newer DateJust models.

Is there anything else out there that you guys can recommend?

Hope you can expand my options.
    My Collection
    Sea Dweller (V Series)
    Sub LV (M Series)
    GMT II Pepsi (D Series)

6694 is good choice....robust and fuss free movement with mininal wordings on the dial....good size too...

if i am not wrong [based on your collection], the 6694 would be small for you.
you can try looking for classic designs such as the 1601 series.
            have fun.

Ok will explore that option. Actually the black dial gold markers Rolex is for the Mrs. We saw a 15200 in PPC but the watch was very heavily polished! Lugs were all lob-sided! A little pricey too.

My OC oso prefer the black dial and golden markers...hehehehe....

Funny thing is that 6694 with the sg-roc looks out of place on my wrist but looks perfect on my OC wrist...hahahahaha

I suppose my wrist prefer older watch than the 6694..lol
