    Hi Seniors,

    Do you normally peel off the protective plastic cover on your new watch? Or you will just leave as it is?

    i left my stickers on my bracelet on my newly restored 6694 look carefully you will see a small red tab sticking out

          I remove all except the innerside .
          Case back, clasp. Less grinding when I put it flat.

              on watch, i agree the sticker is silly, but on bracelet, esp where the stainless steel band rub against the clasp; i think having the sticker there isnt too bad.

              also look carefully, there is a very thin film on the actual clasp. i refuse to take that off because the clasp always rubs on the desk

                  Talking about clasp, i think it is unavoidable to prevent scratches especially it is always rubbing on the desk. For mine, the sales person happily removing all the plastic before putting it into the box. Too late to stop her...sigh

                        Personally I add on stickers and tape. Like magic tape to the base off the clasp. Not really that visible. Make sure use 3M magic tape

                          I only leave the back case sticker on if it's a daily beater, and everything on for those in the safe.
