with the prices of everything going up and our salaries not corresponding. i thought it would be interesting to find out what some of your recent best buys were.
i bought a 1998 two-tone black sub in nov 2010 for US$3,100 (watch only).
i bought a 2009 SS daytona in feb 2011 for US$7,995 (full box set).
i (just) bought a white 1995 explorer2 in apr 2011 for US$2,600 (with paper).
all watches came with bracelets (sub bracelet in 80% condition, daytona bracelet in 99% condition and explorer2 bracelet in 90% condition), and prices include shipping + customs duties.
ahhh... such prices make me feel like it's y2k again all over again... what were some of your good deals?
