  • Some understandings on Rolex sub gold models

I came across few threads and posts here regards Rolex submariner gold, m' confused initial abt the pricing till i did some research.

A yellow gold sub selling for $18k.... realise is model 16618 compare old retail $30k plus
A yellow gold sub selling for $28k.... is 16618LB compare retail $41K
    Wow... 10K different

    http://www.ginault.com/Rolex/Submariner-116618lb.html

A white gold submariner 116619lb ceramic preown selling $28k compares to new retail $43k

    http://www.newturfers.com/vb/showthr...ariner-116619/

    http://luxurytyme.com/en/rolex-revie...ariner-116619/

Now is there a model for white gold sub smurf with non ceramic bezel model 16619?

And now i need help ... can someone tells me the difference between 116619LB and 116619LN? cos....i'm still confused

There was no blue non ceramic Sub. The blue ceramic bezel Sub was only launched after Rolex introduced ceramic bezel.

Meanwhile, there is only 116619LB, no 116619LN. Only YG & TT have both LB & LN. LB is blue bezel while LN is black bezel. Are you referring to 116618 or 116613?

      Thks bro breitling77 u response fast....hehe

Cos i love the white gold blue sub so much i ve been looking for this model since a old pal told me he came across a wg sub selling at sgd20K preown 5 years ago when he bought his rolex in PPL park complex ?

As i only know the new wg blue sub first came to market year 2009 with a M series116619 and only in ceramic model and retails back then was near $40K already so could it be WG non ceramic 16619 my pal saw ?

Reagards LN and LB , i did google search seems both models came out as WG sub?

Actually just walked past Rolex @ Hilton Hotel...116619 now retailing at $45,+++

and the 116619 with diamond numerals is retailing approx $48k + - .....if my memory does not fail me.

I'm not sure whether previous Sub model or vintage Sub model has WG. The only blue bezel from old models are YG or TT. Anyway if you can find the blue bezel then grab it.

Check out from Rolex website for LB or LN. Google may return wrong information.

Yes you are right bro. wg sub has no history of previous model, only launch recently
Starting with m series. rolex website refers it as lb so guess ln is typo mistake by some.
              Thk u bro.
