I met Alex in HK in June 2012 and bought a sea-dweller from him face to face. After I backed, I also did 2 purchase from him and he ship pretty quick after my TT reached his account. Delivery takes 2-3 days and he ship with full insurance so should be risk free. He declared *well* so no Custom tax

What surname/last name is Pig? It is my first time and sounds special to me. Anyone to advice?

Insurance value must be equal or less than declared value. Very likely it's not insured or is insured at declared value only.

Usually seller will over insure his item in case it get lost, they will be compensated after the refund to buyer.

Not really, Alex used Parcel Pro for full insurance. Parcel Pro dont care your declared value.

Alex surename is Chu. In Cantonese, Pig and Chu pronounce the same
