You may want to ask members Dfive and/or Rolex01. They are both owners of the DSSD and have bought the watches not too long ago.

The list price should still be $14,140.

I am quite active in the other watch forums and I did realized deep sea indeed have increasingly huge demand in 2011 till now.

I can see the demand is catching up but of course not as great as sub c. I am predicting that prices for DSSD discount may be Lowered or AD not giving any more discounts if the demand continue to grow.

I see the surge in demand for this particular model in early 2011 onwards.

Some other models I have observed that saw this 'phenomenon' are the Submariner 16613 (half-gold in blue), Submariner 16610 and 16610LV. The Seadweller 16660 seems to have 'cooled down' a little.
Im so new to Rolex Mod, am I right in thinking the DSSD has really been in demand these last few months ? Seen many buying from AD's and many selling on the watch garage.

Earlier on this thread (08-09 years ) it mentioned Passions selling them at 16.5K !! WOW People actually bought at that !!

( guess you'd also be right.... cause on release the world was collapsing right... hard to sell then perhaps ? )
