I am quite particular that the watch must fit with the correct bracelet and clasp model and date-code. And box and papers if the piece is less than 15 years old.

What to look out for when buying a pre owned piece?
Cosmetic wise I know. the bracelet must not be loose.
Anything more to take note?

The newer ones < 15years old you should get with papers at least. Box with booklets and accessories could easily be $200-$300.

Is it okay to buy preowned rolex watches without box or papers?

And if so how much should the price difference be?

watch and papers are personal things. some must have it. some dont. i think most important is verify at RSC for authencity. especially for newbie like me

It's all up to the individual... Some ppl don't mind certain issues and some do... So the most important thing of all is to go and get the watch verifed for authenticity...
