still cheaper compared to sgp. i bought my Hulk there. after rebate, (unfavourable) credit card exchange rate... about 10.5k.

Nope. Watches in London are not cheap. They don't give good discount and the VAT refund is less, after deducting all the charges.

Best place is still Italy or Spain.
