Its 44.25 mm. To be honest, until you mentioned it, I never did bother to check and find out! I just tried it on and loved it.

Ahh.. what did you get in the end? Have you seen the new Breguet Type XXII Chronograph?

MSRP is just over $10k. I believe the Omega Boutique at T2 was offering 15%+7%(GST free) off when I asked in January.
