  • Little upgrade..;)

    Hi bros,

New to this forum so let me start by wishing everyone good health!

Was on a lookout for a couple watch for my wife & myself for some time now.. just couldn't find something that satisfied our requirements.
I love dive watches for its robustness but wifey finds it too "manly".
We finally found watches that suited our needs about a month ago!

Bremont Supermarine S500 Black for me
Oris Diver Black Diamond for wifey

                      Unique pair of divers.

                      The Bremont is a quartz?
Watches are like potato chips - You never stop at one

Surprising that these two watches really match each other.

Like the squelette hands on the Bremont. This brand is Bear Grylls approved and worn during many extreme situations, so wearing this will make you bad-ass

Oops.. this reply is more than 1 year late!

The Bremont has a chronometer grade automatic movement.. based on information on the net, it should be a modified ETA movement. The accuracy is amazing and just what you would expect from a chronometer certified movement.

The anti-magnetic-faraday-cage and in-house developed anti-shock rubberised movement mount provides real protection to the movement. Not to mention all external surface including the AR coating were hardened to 2000Hv (to put it into perspective, SINN's tegimented steel is 1200Hv).. after 1-year plus of ownership.. I would say IT REALLY WORKS! Absolutely no wear marks on the watch.

Seriously have nothing but good things to say about this piece..
