i am not sure is it due to the lighting that make this modified time piece looks funny.

i would say the black dial and red second hand make a good contrast.

however the finishing of the dial does not make this watch stand out.

for the amount spend on this piece, i expected more. i would have used the money and spend it on another gold watch.

Actually the coating of the watch looks good, i guess its the lighting and the camera used, as I used my iphone to take the photo and honestly i am not good at taking picture..hahaha

Yes, in fact I share the same sentiment as you and before buying this and i was thinking of getting a Gold watch, either a Yachtmaster II or maybe a rosegold Daydate 2 with diamond Bezel...As honestly speaking Gold is still Gold and the value is there

But then after some consideration, since i did not have a Bamford Rolex and got about 4 gold watches, so I decided to do something different and get this Deepsea, in fact i luv Deepsea but as my dad got the normal one, so I decided to get the Bamford one to look different

THks for the compliment...for Bamford they only sell you the new watch and they do not take in your existing watch and mod it...The Bamford Deepsea is mine while the Normal Deepsea in one of the pic belong to my dad...
