    Hi there, from the look on the pic you upload,
    It's likely to be a fake, the model base on the case, should be a 116610.
    however, the insert and dial and hands, are meant for 16610.
    how much you pay for it ?

    Bro kman101!, IMHO don't waste your lunch boxes for RSC verify authentic or not.
    Try simple steps to confirm fake Rolex.
    1)Unscrew the crown let's test your Rolex movement.
    This review is it the movement same as your Rolex 16610.

    Wrong Model.
    Wrong Series.
    Wrong Etching on the crystal.
    The date does not seem to be right.
    The crown does not seem to be right.
    If the movement also fake holy gift, lucky you only gift..

    The etching on the crystal should not be easily seen with bare eyes.

    TS , A few things to look out for this sub ..
    Firstly , the model number ...it shld be 16610 instead on 116610 which is a ceramic sub
    Secondly , X series suppose to be around circa 91/92 with pin holes . Bracelet is also not SEL
    You might want to get it verify for a piece of mind
