nice and uncommon. how does warranty work, and can you send this back to Rolex for servicing in future (i suppose no polishing)?

The 2 year warranty from Rolex will be replaced by a 2 year warranty by Bamford Watch..so should the watch need servicing you can either send to Bamford Watch or do servicing outside..

As to the black coating, it is lifetime guarantee by bamford Watch department
