  • Call me Bond, James Bon

    Hi guys,
This year has been a pretty quiet year for me for buying watches. Only 2 in total, but it still cost me an arm and a leg... well maybe just a leg!

Here is my latest acquisition, a Sub 6536 (the James Bond watch). As you can see very clearly, the bezel has been changed but everything else as I understand it, is original. The condition is probably the best I've seen, but the downside for me is that it doesn't sit very well on my wrist.

Enjoy or criticise the pics as you please!

Nice tropical gilt 6536. Time to shop for a rivet bracelet and matching tropical bezel? Maybe will sit better on my wrist lol..

I just tried using the scanner (set to a high 1200dpi) just to see if I can get a much better quality image of the dial. Then a really funny thing happened to my watch as you can see...

I panicked a little bit when I saw this outcome and quickly retrieved the watch from the scanner just in case! Then I couldn't stop laughing.

i think it's due to the movement of the 2nd hand when the scanner is scanning the watch..hehe
