It's a very personal choice. Anyway, the brand "Everlast" you stated should be "Everest"

    Pros (if watch is rubber-strapped):
    - can maintain the original bracelet in good/pristine condition (if kept and stored well)
    - weight of the watch gets lightened, which will translate to...
    - ...more comfortable on the wrist
    - better resale value for the watch with a good/pristine condition bracelet in future
    - cost of replacement is lower if strap is worn/damaged
    - good for those who are more out-and-about, for eg outdoor/sports activities like diving, etc)
    - looks nicer (subjective and can be a pro/con)

    Cons (if watch is rubber-strapped):
    - some may not like the "non-original" look of the watch
    - some with specific skin allergy/sensitive skin to rubber will not be able to use it
    - may not be comfortable due to profuse perspiration
    - rubber may have foul smell over time
    - more work needed if intend to maintain rubber quality
    - may not look as nice (subjective and can be a pro/con)

Thanks for your feedback. I'm also currently mulling over the idea. Another advantage is for those with smaller wrists the rubber strap can be ordered to fit your wrist nicely as the 5 digit bracelets come with 5 permanent links on the 6 o'clock side and this will result in your clasp being off centre. I believe Everest band can be with minimum of 4 links (equivalent) on the 6 o'clock side.

There is s seller on carousell selling for decent price. No affiliation to me btw. Hope this helps. Anyway let us know if you go the rubber strap way. I'm sure others would like to know how you like/dislike it as well. Thanks!

Anybody work small wrist have an Everest rubber strap on a Sub ND? Just wondering if it is a good foot or will it make it look oversized as sometimes the strap may 'bulge' a bit. Tks.

Sorry typo error. With small wrist. And good fit.

I think original look the best, but rubber does make it look very sporty.
