A very good decision you made bro... keep the 116610... besides the sd without the cyclops and the busy bezel is not so much of a looker than the handsome sub...

Bro.. looks are subjective la... IMO, the points below are very valid:

      1) Without cyclops

      Pros
      - It makes the watch look less Ah Pek. (Subjective)
      - It improves the legibility of the dial. i.e less distracting (Fact)
      - It makes the dial more symmetrical. (Fact)

      Cons
      - Takes away the Rolex signature as the cyclops was invented by Rolex. (Fact)
      - Not for those with poor eyesight. (Fact)

      2) All round minute marker on bezel

      Pros
      - It makes the bezel more symmetrical. (Fact)
      - The markers are functional and not just for aesthetic purposes. (Fact)

      Cons
      - Looks busy. (Subjective)

Thus after weighing the pros and cons, I still prefer the SD4000 over the SubC.

In the end I prefer the SD4k over the SubC as well.

The SD4k bezel, I understand many feel it's "busy". I had that concern as well, but many owners, myself included, after wearing it, totally find it a no issue at all.

It's only an issue when you stare at it on the computer screen. The SD4k is one of those watches which you've to own it to appreciate it.

It's taking the most wrist time for me, over the 116520 and 16610.
Maybe it's also because the SD4k fills in all the missing gaps when I had only the 116520 and 16610.

Traded my 114060 for 116600. Both are very good. All I need to do now is actually go diving
