Sounds like an excuse to justify your purchase but I wouldn't argue that

      Congrats.

Wa, got to wait so long ah. I thought you wear and take picture liao haha. Seems like most boutique brands go with the build-to-order model to minimise inventory carrying cost/risk and I can see why...

they are a new startup and don't hold that much inventory I guess.
a big risk to hold on to too much inventory for a new start up. cashflow.
the mitoya is cheap but the case and assembly would cost more.

at least just 2 to 3 months.

Price wise - just isn't worth it, unless you are really into the design itself

ETA movements alone is not that expensive, the most basic manual 6497 is SGD260 and auto 7750 is SGD620. When you said 5-6k you are thinking of P watches...?

Last but not least, this is what i always say Your watch you wear you song, nobody elses song. Something like the legendary Steve McQueen says - “I live for myself and I answer to nobody.” So kaki song is utmost important!

                Congrats!

Got myself hooked now have 3 Sevenfriday watches between wife and myself. Definitely something refreshing. No regrets, enjoying the brand. Most importantly they work well in both work and causal wear.

                              P1, P2, P3? all 3? haha.
I had just checked out this brand at Red Army Millenia last wk. quite tempted by the design of the watch. v refreshing. even tho many may say this brand is not worth the price.. think I will still go for one soon.. but cannot decide between P1 and P2.
