              It's the ring encircling on the dial.

                That's the engraved rehaut. The chapter ring is a different part on the dial.

                        I wonder where Mr. Desmond Ang got this diagram from. Nobody call a bracelet a band these days. In the official Rolex user manual/catalogue/website, a bracelet is referred to as a bracelet.
