    Can we get a local goldsmith to produce a gold buckle using a real one as a sort of template?

    Yes, but it would end up costing about the same as they wont havet He mould and need to craft from scratch.
    Secondly, most jewellers in SG dont use 18k, they use 22k.
    The color will be more yellowish and the material will be a tad too soft for a buckle.

    is this authentic? it looks like one from the ebay auction.

    cant find any source about info on gold plated rolex buckle.

    need some rolex guru to advise.

    A bit blurr so cant see but the one below looks correct.
    Use a loupe to see the words.
    You should see very clearly RolexSA.

    Also the crown With matchsticks are very properly sharply shaped.

    There are many fakes with similar hallmarks but reads RclexSA instead.

    clearer image. anyone know which shop do sell rolex buckle? looking for stainless steel 16mm one. need more info on how to see authentic one. please give your 2 cent. thanks!

    the buckle in the link you provided is original but it is for ladies 14mm
