Which watch speaks to you?

For me, it’s the Sea-Dweller.

I love the sea. Till four years ago, I spent my weekends out at the sea on my windsurfing board. Though I’m not a good windsurfer, I would spend 4 to 5 hours out in the sea. Being an introvert, I enjoyed being by myself drifting out in the sea. However, it’s a Casio Sea Pathfinder that I wore and not my Sea-Dweller.

My dream then was to be a beach bum in Hawaii when I retire. A dream that will remain as a dream.

And why not the Submariner? I don’t dive.

The YM II amazes me. Till it surfaced, I only knew of programmable countdown digital quartz watches.
I had it on my wish list when the more affordable ss model was introduced in 2014.
I will be passing it on to my daughter who sails.
