Bro juat want to share feedback on uploading of images. The image is in portrait but when upload via attachment end up landscape when using mobile

Uploading of iPad/iPhone photos
Each time I try to attach a photo from my iPad, it says "file invalid." Am I missing something? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
