          Hi,

I usually jog at east coast park or pasir ris park on Sundays but
would be keen to run in a group. It would be good if we can form a
jogging group and go to a different park every week or even climb hills.

          Best regards,
          Rolex1977

I alternate between my Newton Gravity & Distance S and ran about 10-15km twice a week. They are good if you are a fore-foot or mid-foot runner, not suitable for those heel striker. Personally I have not tried asics before, I am a Saucony & Newton guy.

East Coast is always my favourite running venue. Enjoy the sea breezing there

Haha, why sex then followed by swimming? 2 hrs sex with non stop is enough exercise for the day already

Jogging is more fun if the location is right
