Why are there people who sell BNIB Rolex or other brand name watches?

I don't get it why would people want to sell to watch dealers or sell on the forum when they just purchased the watches from local ADs.

But I think its a quick and easy way to get cash without losing too much value if you use credit card to pay via instalment and sell it BNIB to watch dealers. Win win situation.
