3 more weeks to go before the new season kicks off, but I want to start this thread earlier this time so we could gossip about the transfer activity that is sure to get hot up in the coming weeks.

For EPL fans, there is an added uncertainty this time due to the cross-carriage saga between Singtel and Starhub. Singtel has revealed that the stand-alone EPL subscription for this coming season will cost as much as $59.90, so I am waiting to see what bundle packages each operators are going to come out with before deciding where to put my money on. Who says competition will benefit the consumers?

One of the hot topics in the transfer gossip now is if Spurs would sell Bale to Real Madrid. I personally think Spurs can forget about Champions League qualification if they sell Bale.

I like this one. So far people have been assuming that Singtel will continue to subsidise the EPL subscription as a sole provider but that is not a given.

Not that I am happy but it is only logical that Singtel raise the price in this cross-carriage situation as it makes no business sense for them to subsidise competitor's customers and also risk losing their existing customers to the competitor.

Ibe seems to be banging on the first 11 doors. I rate him as an impact sub for now. Looks to be better than Sterling though, maybe due to his size.

Would hope that Europa would be achievable, can't imagine us getting a CL spot, but we can only hope as ManU, Chelsea, Mancity & Everton have new managers.

Hope Suarez saga is solved asap. No one is bigger than LFC. But deep down, I do hope he does give us 1 more season.

Like many gunners fans, I freak out seeing "Wenger to WAIT for..."

I wouldn't be too upset if we don't get Suarez because of his ethic and temperament. But if we do get Suaruz (or any top-class striker) along with Julio Cesar and Ashley Williams and Bernard (or Fellaini).....Yes I am dreaming Money asides, I cannot remember the last time Arsenal signed so many first-team quality players in such a short period.
