i used to be skeptical to this sort of things, until in the recent yrs so much have happened and i can't simply say coincident. "Pan tang" or not, i believed also psychologically plays a part. I would sell it maybe passing on to the next person would bring him better luck.

On the same line of thought, I will probably buy something (first or second hand) when I feel comfortable when buying. eg. environment, seller, my mood, the feel..and strangely the location sometimes play a part. If I travel v far away from home to view/buy something, my mind already not in the mood to buy.
