Went to cortina twice but the staff attitude want v pleasant at paragon.. seems like locals biz is just too small compared to tourist.. hour glass can reduce the price by 600 anyway.

Interest free installment is a good way to start collecting high end watches. Recently I got my AP doing this, quite cool.

It does have discount whether is more or less tats all. Maybe u can call up n ask the sa first before heading dw at least u save ur trip if starting was told 0 discount if paying by cc installment.

from past chats with SAs they usually give discounts+instalments. but also depends on which SA and how you bargain.
