SPF efficiency in doubt

No, I don`t think so. "This is facts".
Not only SPF, they really need to improve their productivity to reduce our cost.
Instead of just demand for productivity from the citizens.

No need cite examples. Read straits time and you will find out more. The recent strike is one good example as well as immigration lapse.....

SPF has always been useless. too many examples to list. if google doesn't give you enough, talk to a neighbour or friend.

2 police men stood outside a house with a burglar inside, and refused to enter the house. then when the burglar ran out, they can't chase him down. so no arrest was made. personal experience!
