gd to see a number of tea enthusiasts here. personally i like wu long for its fragrant after taste. have a tea set at home but now seldom brew or only when i have guests. also heard drink too much can kar neng (jelly kneecaps)? dunno true or not
read today's paper, one disc of aged pu er leaves can fetch $150,000
i got a chinese tea set @ home. but dont have the glass type kettle to use.
I bought the teapot and tea cups from Yue Hwa @ People's Park. But I broke 1 cup...hahaha...I have not reach the highest stage where by I have the kettle and stuff though.
I like long jing too... But its been awhile since i tasted anything exceptionally good.
I recall in my uni days, during winter, my mates and i hand out in our kitchen, turn on gas heater, drink long jing and chua tai tee... Memoriable days...
