    For Korean Restaurants, there are quite a few good ones that serve great food and good 'tea'. (must mention 'tea' else later tio OT )

    Can try the following:

    How true it is...depends on many factors. It's just how u take care of yourself,it's the same as eating like crazy for 1 day and starving yourself for the rest of the week. Just dun go to the extremes and eat in moderation...lol now i sound like the HPB already

    err...taste will depend on the quality la and many other factors....I would say Pu er is more mild,Long Jing is alittle on a bitter side but i like...well depends on wad quality ur long jing is as i said.

    I think to drink quality tea,try out those tea houses or buy ur own...those better than those at restaurants or hotels.
