when you buy a watch from THG...they'll need to fill in the warranty card....this is an opportunity for them to know your particulars..besides, some of the sales staff may recognize you (if you visit them often or at least bought 3-4 watches from a particular sales staff) and they'll pass you a small card to fill up. that includes you in their mailing list/dbase. sometimes, you'll receive greeting cards from them on festive occasions...

I only bought 1 watch from that guy in NAC....but I visit him quite a few times...haha check prices and look ard for nice stuff But then he no give any card? Nvm this tue I going to taka...shall go look for him and ask...hahaha Was there yesterday went down to look for him but he off day. So no choice

eh he never give me small card leh? only once was ask me to write address and in the end the sent me a feedback form. That was the first and last so far....

darn..no greeting cards or wad....if they send me a happy b'dae card on my b'dae i confirm go down and buy 1 more than happy to

"THG cutomers"? U mean only those who had purchased watch frm them b4?? How do they verify since they hv so many branches? I mean, if one had bought frm THG,LP last time, n on te day of sale, goes to THG,Tangs, then how?

been informed that the first day of the sale event is closed to THG customers. it will be open to the general public on the second day.

so my source is correct right? it starts 3 March? i know it's first week of march but i was distracted when the sales staff told me..dunno is it 5 March or 3 March?

Hopefully I get it lor...I am waiting impatiently at my letter box everyday. Hahah...I purchased from them b4 juz like u...They have a customer database 1. The sales is at their office at Tong Building...not the individual shop.
