I ever wrote a complain letter to them before and the next monet, I receive a car from the manager of that brand to explain their SA's behaviour. why tolerate crap service when you are buying something a 'luxury' watch. this is not the durian market. afterall cortina stocks watches that other people have also so its a "level" playing field for all.
