Old ppl say not supposed to bath late at night, and then bath liao sleep in air con room will get 'feng si'. Worse if wash hair, will get 'tao hong'. Haha

But scientifically, i think it has not been proven la. So i still bath late at night and sleep...

i bath quite late, thn zz, air con room... consider feng si ?

At one time I had this same problem.... once I stopped doing the above, the pain NEVER came back.. the ache is damn frustrating and irritating loh..
