Any idea how much do pre-owned Vertus go for? My aunt has one (not sure of the model) thats under a year old and was asking me if I knew how much it could sell for.

OK, I just found out its a Vertu Ascent (Knurled Grey) 2009 model. Any idea how much it could go for?

Frankly speaking the depreciation level is about 50% ..my friend picked his up at $4k SGD...1 year+ old piece..mint condition...same model as urs different colour.

@Darkie: SIM card should not be a problem. The EU/UK model uses exactly the same GSM system. They are also quadband so it can be used in the US too.

I would still say that Vertu is a "dumbphone" but a very good one to serve its main purpose (call, sms). Battery life is considered very good too.

for a phone that is all material and not much features, id expect the battery life to be good too . But once you have used smartphones, its very hard to go back to the normal phones.
